Tens of thousands of students fill it during the school year, and on-campus and edge housing serves them, but most residential life happens in the surrounding College Town and River Park neighborhoods. For those areas, the university is the anchor: jobs, events, sports, the Hornet stadium, and parkway access all sit right here.
