Neighborhood Reviews & Questions

Neighborhood Review
Key Words: Freeway Access, Trail Links, Border Pocket

Cresthaven is an older residential neighborhood in south Roseville, part of the established belt of mid-century tract housing that filled in as the city grew out from its rail-town core. The homes are modest and consistent, on regular blocks with mature trees, and the neighborhood has the quiet, settled character that comes with age. Life here is straightforward and central-south. The neighborhood is close to Interstate 80, the older Roseville shopping, and the Dry Creek trail corridor, so getting around is easy even though daily errands mean a short drive. It is the kind of place that does its job without calling attention to itself. Cresthaven is an affordable, older-Roseville neighborhood rather than a standout one, and that is its appeal for value-minded buyers. Solid bones, mature trees, and a central-south location make it an easy, low-drama place to land.
