Neighborhood Reviews & Questions

Neighborhood Review
Key Words: Mall District, Walkable Retail, High Density

The Galleria neighborhood is named for the Westfield Galleria at Roseville, the largest mall in the region, and its next-door sibling the Fountains at Roseville. This is the retail and entertainment heart of the city, and the residential pieces here live in the shadow of that commercial engine, with dining, shopping, and the movie-and-plaza scene essentially at the doorstep. Living in the Galleria orbit means trading quiet for access. There is no more convenient spot in Roseville for shopping, restaurants, or a quick hop onto Highway 65 and Roseville Parkway. It also means the busiest traffic in the city runs right past, especially through the holidays, and the setting is decidedly commercial rather than leafy. It is a specific choice with a clear logic. For anyone who wants to be at the center of Roseville's retail and road network and does not mind the bustle that comes with it, this is the address that puts everything within a few minutes.
