Natomas Corporate Center is an office and business district in the Natomas area north of downtown, near the South and North Natomas transition off the Natomas Park and Garden Highway corridors, not a residential neighborhood. The footprint is corporate campuses, office parks, and supporting commercial space built to use the I-5 access and the quick line to downtown and the airport. There is little housing inside the boundary, and the area runs on a business-hours rhythm. Its value is to the surrounding Natomas neighborhoods as a major employment center and to the region as a conveniently placed office node near the freeways and the river. For anyone considering it as a place to live, it is mostly a workplace district; the residential life is in the Natomas neighborhoods around it.
