It is close to McClatchy Park, the Broadway corridor, and the UC Davis Medical Center, with light rail along the Highway 50 line and Stockton Boulevard nearby. The honest picture is clear: this part of Oak Park has had a harder run, and conditions and upkeep vary considerably block to block, as the data on the page reflects, though investment has been spreading south from the Broadway node.
