Golf, tennis, a fitness complex, and an events calendar mean a lot of daily life happens without leaving the community, and the streetscape stays immaculate because that is the entire proposition. It reads calmer and greener than the family neighborhoods on its borders. The obvious point is that Sun City is a specific kind of place with a specific set of rules, and it is not for everyone or every household. But on its own terms it is one of the best-kept and most amenity-rich addresses in Roseville, and the resale market reflects how much people value what it offers.
