It reads calmer and greener than the family neighborhoods on its borders. The obvious point is that Sun City is a specific kind of place with a specific set of rules, and it is not for everyone or every household. But on its own terms it is one of the best-kept and most amenity-rich addresses in Roseville, and the resale market reflects how much people value what it offers.
