Neighborhood Reviews & Questions

Neighborhood Review
Key Words: Established Tract, Interior Streets, Quiet Setting

Vineyard is an older south Roseville neighborhood off the Vineyard Road corridor, one of the established residential areas south of the historic core. The housing dates largely to the mid-century and later, on comfortable lots with grown-in landscaping, and it has the settled, unpretentious feel of a neighborhood that has been lived in for a long time. It sits in a practical spot. Interstate 80 and the older Roseville shopping are a short drive, downtown is reachable, and the neighborhood is close to the Dry Creek greenway system that threads this part of the city. Daily life is quiet and car-oriented, with errands on the nearby arterials. Vineyard is a solid, affordable, older-Roseville address without a marquee draw. For buyers who want established trees and central-south access at a more approachable price than the east side or the new west, it is a dependable choice.
