Country Oaks holds a central-south position in Granite Bay, wrapped by some of the community's marquee addresses: the Granite Bay Golf Club to its southwest, Folsom Lake Estates to the south, and the estate ground of Hidden Valley to the north. The name is earned, with oak woodland and larger residential lots setting a green, low-density tone across the neighborhood. Homes here run to the custom and semi-custom end, on parcels with space and mature trees, and the streets keep the quiet of a place with no arterial running through the middle of it.
