This is fresh construction on former open ground, with current architecture, three-car garages, and the tidy uniformity of a just-completed plan. The draw is new-and-gated, an uncommon pairing at this end of town: security and privacy without stepping up to Serrano's custom-estate prices. It sits close to the southern shopping corridors and the freeway, and the surrounding open space keeps a green edge on the neighborhood. The honest downside is youth. The canopy has barely started, so the streets still have that raw, sun-exposed look until the landscaping matures, and the southeast position is a drive from the Town Center and the lake. For buyers who want a brand-new home behind a gate rather than an older one, Eastridge Village is one of the few places in El Dorado Hills offering exactly that.
