The location is its quiet advantage: the restaurants and First Fridays scene of the Atlantic Avenue corridor in Bixby Knolls are close, as are the markets and services along Long Beach Boulevard, with the 405 a short hop for commuting. The housing is practical and attainable, and like much of this part of the city, the feel varies block to block. There is no park or retail center inside the boundary itself.
