Los Paseos is a settled suburban neighborhood in the far south part of San Jose near Santa Teresa and the Bernal corridor, a stretch of single-family ranch and two-story homes on calm, family-oriented streets. It is a stable, mid-tier area with tidy yards and the easygoing pace that defines the south valley. Daily life is well-served and practical. Los Paseos Park and the neighborhood school fields handle recreation, the Santa Teresa and Bernal shopping strips cover groceries and errands, and commuters lean on Highways 85 and 101 plus the south county light rail at Santa Teresa. Martial Cottle Park and the Santa Teresa foothills add bigger open space a short drive away. Interior streets stay quiet while the arterials carry the load, upkeep is generally consistent, and prices are reasonable for the region. It is a dependable choice for buyers who want suburban comfort and a straightforward south-county commute.
