It is organized around The Club at Natomas Park, a private residents' recreation center with pools and facilities, along with a network of parks, lakes, and paths, and the housing is contemporary single-family on tidy, curving streets. The location is convenient for the freeways, with I-5 close and a straight line to downtown and the airport, and the regional Natomas shopping nearby. The tradeoffs are the area's signature ones: a car-oriented layout, HOA and recreation dues, and summer heat with shade still maturing. For buyers who want a planned community with real shared amenities and newer homes close to the freeways, Natomas Park is the established North Natomas benchmark.
