Streets here run to quiet cul-de-sacs lined with pines and elms, near one of the entry points to the North Davis greenbelt system. That greenbelt is the everyday feature: kids and commuters move off-street toward parks, schools, and the Marketplace and Anderson Plaza shopping centers. The homes are midsize single-family, and the overall feel is settled and green. The honest tradeoff is the North Davis standard, the Covell corridor on the edge carries the traffic, and you are a real ride from downtown. Inside, the cul-de-sacs and the path access are the draw.
