Homes here are spacious, often with modern designs, large yards, and high-end finishes, many positioned to take in the surrounding hills. Residents enjoy easy access to the country club's golf course, fitness facilities, and pool, and the area also sits near parks like Blackpool Park and the open space of the eastern foothills, ideal for families and outdoor enthusiasts. Despite the somewhat secluded, gated character, Silver Creek Road is only a short drive from the shopping and dining in Evergreen and the surrounding neighborhoods.
