It is one of the city's outer growth edges, where the master-planned rooftops give way to the open western country beyond the freeway. The newer construction means modern layouts and low-maintenance finishes, and the western position keeps Highway 65 and its interchanges close for a commute south. The tradeoffs are the ones that come with any city edge: the canopy is young where the newest phases went in, and the freeway runs near enough to be felt along the eastern flank. What this corner offers is relative newness and quick freeway reach without the price ceiling of the golf communities.
