It is settled, leafy, and quintessentially West Davis. The neighborhood runs on the west-side greenbelt and West Manor Park, with the Westlake shopping center for groceries and the Russell Boulevard route into campus. Homes are solid single-family from the era, on mature, walkable streets. The honest tradeoff is the West Davis constant: you are on the far residential edge, so downtown is a ride. In return you get quiet, trees, and a greenbelt that does the connecting for you.
