Willowcreek is a South Davis neighborhood centered on Willowcreek Park, in the band of town south of Interstate 80 where tree-named streets, Tallow, Hackberry, Dogwood, mark the old Ricci Farm land. It is a settled, residential pocket with the park as its green heart. The everyday setup is South Davis standard: greenbelt and walking paths between the blocks, the South Davis grocery and service strip for errands, and quick I-80 ramps for commuting. Homes are mostly single-family on regular lots. The honest tradeoff is the freeway separation that defines South Davis, downtown and campus are a drive or a longer ride across I-80. The upside is a quiet, park-anchored street that is easy to live on.
