Woodbridge is an established North Davis subdivision in the band north of Covell, a quiet residential tract knit into the north-side park and greenbelt system. It has the settled, low-key character of a neighborhood that has been lived in for a while. Life here leans on the North Davis greenbelt for off-street movement, the Marketplace and Anderson Plaza shopping centers for errands, and the local schools that keep families rooted. Homes are mostly single-family on standard Davis lots. The honest tradeoff is the North Davis constant, the Covell corridor on the edge carries the traffic, so the appeal is in the calmer interior streets and the greenbelt access. It is steady and unflashy.
