It is single-family territory in the Evergreen school district, a calm, settled pocket that trades on being an affordable, low-key east-side street rather than on any headline amenity. Evergreen Valley High and the schools of the district sit nearby, and the walkable Evergreen Village Square is a short drive east for shopping and dining. This is a thinly documented neighborhood, the kind that shows up on a map more than in guidebooks. The honest read is that it is car-oriented with no signature park or retail node at its center. But it keeps you in the green, family-oriented Evergreen area at a more accessible price than the foothill neighborhoods, close to the schools and the Village Square.
