Neighborhood parks and school fields handle recreation, everyday shopping and services cluster along the nearby Senter, Monterey, and Santa Teresa corridors, and commuters reach Highways 85 and 101 plus the south county light rail without much trouble. Edenvale Garden Park and the larger Santa Teresa open space add green a short drive away. Interior streets stay low-traffic while the arterials carry the load, and upkeep is generally consistent.
