Garages face the street, many lots run wider than average, and you still see side yards set up for trailers, sheds, and weekend projects. Santa Teresa Boulevard carries a string of grocery anchored centers, casual restaurants, and services, and Westfield Oakridge is a quick hop for bigger shopping.
