This large, diverse neighborhood spans from the wetlands of Richardson Bay up to hillside condos with bay views, offering one of the most varied living experiences in Mill Valley. Along the Bayfront section, you’ll find proximity to Hauke Park, the Mill Valley-Sausalito Path, and access to Highway 101, making this a commuter-friendly area. Enchanted Knolls and Shelter Ridge climb up the hillside, with townhomes and condos tucked into forested terrain, often with expansive views. It’s one of the few parts of Mill Valley where you’ll see mid-rise housing with a slightly denser layout. With easy access to grocery stores, dining, and outdoor recreation, this area offers a balanced lifestyle. While walkability is great near the bottom of the hill, the higher sections are more car-dependent.
