Del Rio Circle is a small, easy-to-miss pocket on Concord's southwest side, the sort of short-street neighborhood that doesn't show up on many maps of the city. It sits near the Oak Grove Road and Monument side of town, close to the Pleasant Hill edge. Housing is modest single-family and townhome-style stock, and the neighborhood is more about a quiet residential address than any marquee feature. Everyday needs lean on the nearby Monument and Oak Grove corridors, where the grocery stores, taquerias, and strip retail of this part of Concord are concentrated. School assignments run toward Fair Oaks Elementary and Ygnacio Valley High. There isn't much pretense here, and the public record on the pocket is thin, but the location does real work: you're minutes from shopping, freeways, and the Pleasant Hill line. For a smaller, lower-key Concord address near the southwest corridors, Del Rio Circle is a reasonable, no-drama option.
