Pine Hollow is one of the premier addresses on Concord's south side, a hillside neighborhood that climbs toward Mount Diablo near the Clayton border. The setting does a lot of the talking: bigger lots, real elevation, and some of the best mountain views in the city. The fundamentals back it up. The neighborhood reaches a strong school slate including Highlands and Mt. Diablo Elementary plus Pine Hollow and Diablo View Middle, and it carries a notably safe, settled feel that the price reflects. Lime Ridge trails and the open hills are essentially out the back door for anyone who hikes or rides. The catch is the hillside bargain in reverse: there's no walkable retail up here, so you're driving down for every errand, and the homes command a clear premium. But if you want quiet, views, schools, and trail access in one Concord package, Pine Hollow is exactly the kind of neighborhood buyers move across the county to find.
