Ventana at Los Arroyos is a newer planned community in northwest Gilroy, a self-contained subdivision of recent-vintage homes laid out around streets like Summerhill Circle and Daffodil Place. Everything here is built to the same plan and era, so the streetscape is uniform, clean, and clearly newer than the older central neighborhoods. Prices sit toward the upper end of the Gilroy range, which is what you'd expect for newer construction on the northwest side. The interior is quiet and residential, with the curb appeal that comes standard in a planned build of this age, and the usual planned-community trade of consistency over character. As with most of Gilroy's newer tracts, daily amenities mean a drive. There's little walkable nearby, and you lean on the car and the arterials to reach shopping and downtown. Ventana's draw is the newer-home, move-in-ready feel on a tidy northwest street, for buyers who'd rather have fresh construction than a central address.
