The Mediterranean-style homes date to the early 2000s and sit on generous lots along the fairways, with a clubhouse, pool, and tennis behind the gate and a guard out front. This is the most car-dependent neighborhood on the list, and that's the deal you're signing up for. There's no corner store and nothing walkable.
