Woodside is a quiet residential neighborhood on Concord's south side, set near the Cowell and Treat Boulevard grid where the city edges toward the Lime Ridge hills. It has quietly become one of the steadier higher-priced pockets in this part of town. The homes are comfortable single-family stock on calm, established streets, and the neighborhood carries a settled, well-kept feel.
