Confetti is one of Brentwood's small, oddly named residential tracts, a little cluster of single-family homes on planned central streets that does not register on most neighborhood lists. The name is more memorable than the footprint. It runs on the central-Brentwood rhythm: quiet residential blocks with the downtown core, the farmers market and the Sand Creek and Streets of Brentwood shopping all a short drive away. There is no walkable retail attached, so the car does the heavy lifting for daily life. Because it is small and lightly documented, the honest read is that the experience here is set by the individual street and house rather than any neighborhood-wide story. The familiar Brentwood bargain holds: more room and a friendlier price than the inner Bay Area, in exchange for the long east-county commute.
