Living here means leaning on the North Davis greenbelt and the Marketplace shopping center, where Davis staples like Dos Coyotes and the coffee shops sit a short ride away. The streets are quiet and the layout is walkable within the neighborhood itself. The catch is the Covell corridor: it is a busy arterial, and getting in and out at peak hours means dealing with it. Inside the pocket, though, Covell Farms stays calm and green.
