Being out this way means the daily-errand cluster is a drive: the Streets of Brentwood and Sand Creek shopping are several minutes off, and the appeal is the calm and the proximity to trails and open space rather than walkable convenience. The honest note is shared with this whole western edge. The former Deer Ridge golf course nearby closed in 2019 and its land has sat in redevelopment limbo, so the open space that helped define the area is in flux.
