The location is genuinely well connected, right on the San Pablo Avenue corridor with quick reach to I-80, WestCAT service, and the rest of central Hercules. The plan is to turn an underused industrial parcel into housing with a bit of street-level retail, which is exactly the kind of infill the city has been pushing.
