As a recent build, the homes here come with current floor plans, attached garages and the cleaner, more uniform streetscape that newer subdivisions deliver. It fits the south-Brentwood mold: quiet residential streets, school assignments that draw buyers out this way, and a short drive to the Sand Creek and Streets of Brentwood shopping for everyday needs. There is no retail attached to the community itself. The honest tradeoffs are the new-south-Brentwood ones. You are paying for newer construction and likely carrying an HOA, and the southern position means the long commute to the freeway and the job centers is part of the deal. For buyers who want a move-in-ready newer home over an older fixer, this is that kind of address.
