Marina Point in Foster City is a small neighborhood that probably best stands out as being the most separated from the waterfront. Aside from a couple apartment complexes and a handful of homes, most living in the neighborhood is done inland. The neighborhood has a unique street layout, with courts in a square design with islands of trees in the middle. These courts surround Ketch Park which sits at the very center of Marina Point. While you will be less likely to find a waterfront home in Marina Point, it is important to remember that water access and waterfront parks are only a short drive or away into adjacent neighborhoods. One bonus though, is the neighborhood does feature a small commercial shopping center on the East side, so necessities are within walking distance.
