The homes are standard Brentwood stock on regular lots, and the streets are quiet and residential. It runs on the central-east pattern: a short drive to the downtown grid, the farmers market and the Sand Creek shopping, with no walkable retail attached to the neighborhood itself. The position is reasonably central for moving around town. The honest tradeoffs show up in the numbers.
