Everyday shopping means a drive to the Sand Creek and Streets of Brentwood corridors, which is the trade for the seclusion. The honest tradeoffs are price, quiet and commute. You pay near the top of the market, you get very little within walking distance, and the southern position carries the long Brentwood haul.
