The trade-offs: Vasco Road sends a steady hum of traffic and occasional truck noise to homes along the eastern edge, and some interiors show their age, needing exterior paint or landscape refreshes. Sidewalks are narrow and disconnected in spots, so parents keep a close eye on younger kids outside.
